Cancellation Policy

✔ Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the intended tax processing time are eligible for a full refund (except payment gateway charges).

✔ Cancellations made within 2 hours are not eligible for a refund.

✔ Incorrect details or unreachable customers will result in no refund.

Refund Policy

✔ Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

✔ Duplicate or failed payments will be refunded after verification.

✔ Refund approval is at the discretion of Sana Cabs.
